Streamline clocking in and out (even if they’re off-site)
Our software allows your employees to clock in and out via a terminal, through the web, a smartphone or tablet, or even through their Outlook inbox, so you’ll always be able to keep track of everyone. With real-time reporting you can easily track attendance and any anomalies in shift patterns, enabling you to act on little issues before they become big problems.
Track time spent on tasks
Brexit brings with it the potential for increased labour costs and an upheaval in your workforce. This makes it more important than ever to be able to quickly and accurately identify how long a particular job or task will take so that you can maximise the productivity of available employees.
The TAS feature in our software lets employees ‘clock in’ to tasks and projects. These are separate clockings just for tracking how long a task or project is taking and won’t affect the clockings used to start and end shifts. This will also help you spot where a job or project is taking longer than previously anticipated, allowing you to dig deeper into the issues affecting productivity and implement positive changes to improve the situation.

Let your employees self serve
This means they can manage their own planned absences without the need to bother their manager as the process is automated through the system. Any anomalies in their usual working hours will be highlighted so employees can address these inconsistencies, such as late starts, early finishes or missed clockings. Managers then receive a notification to review these edits. The software will also allow employees to update personal details such as their address or to add emergency contact information without having to go through HR. This frees up their time so that they can focus on tackling bigger challenges.
