What can organisations do to reduce employee absenteeism?

Absence Management

Employee absence costs money. Either you need to employ temporary staff to make up the shortfall, or productivity decreases.

Companies and other organisations tend to report an absence rate of around 5%. In other words lateness, sickness, etc costs, on average £4.57 per employee per day!
