Training
Our training team ensures you are well placed to get maximum benefit from your system from day one. We then provide follow up training sessions as you progress through your business cycles to allow you time to gain familiarity with your system
Training can take place on the site of your choice or in our dedicated training facility at our York head office. We suggest a maximum of 5-6 people at each training session.
Day-to-day users of the system will not require any formal training, however we can assist in producing a suitable handout or online guide for their use.
To support new users or to refresh skills, ongoing training can be provided on site or at our training facility. There are also a series of "how to" movies on our Support website to guide you through common queries.
All users are given the opportunity of attending one of our regular User Group sessions held throughout the UK. These provide the opportunity to receive further training, industry updates and take part in forums on new product developments.
