Interactive management for contractors and visitors

First impressions count.  Visitors to your organisation may turn up at your reception at peak times only to find themselves behind other customers or deliveries.  After a short wait and a 5-10 minute registration process, they finally find themselves waiting a further 5-10 minutes until reception can contact the person they are supposed to be meeting.  It's not an auspicious start to a business relationship.

Mitrefinch's Visitor Management systems make the process more user-friendly, while also improving accuracy and security.  Automatic touch-screen check-in that is operated by the visitors themselves means reception areas no longer need to be staffed, or can be covered by security staff instead.

Visitors use the touchscreen technology to book in and produce their own ID badges , or can be booked in onto the system by any employee.  ID badges (which can be corporately branded if you wish) can also include a photograph taken by an onsite camera as part of the process.  The system will then send an email alert to the employee they are meeting, to tell them their visitors have arrived. It will even log car registrations for car park security.

Our Visitor Management system will show your visitors that you value their attendance and that you really mean business.  Not only will you have a visitor or customer ID badge ready and waiting as they arrive and check in, their photo can also be included on the badge along with any access permission codes.
