Access control units and readers
Our access control units validate that the person trying to gain access is allowed to do so. Units operate using the individual’s identification, or by time – such as areas being restricted to ID holders only out of office hours. We also offer four standard reader options: Biometric, Proximity, Magstripe, and Barcode. Please get in touch if you would like a detailed explanation of what we offer.

We provide industry-leading support and maintenance for our access control systems and hardware.
Standard cover
This gives your access to our telephone support line during office hours and the ability to call out our engineers at their standard hourly rates. Equipment under warranty is repaired free of charge, otherwise standard hourly rates and charges apply.
Comprehensive cover
For one annual payment, you will get everything mentioned in our standard cover plus all callouts for genuine faults are free of charge and all repairs for genuine faults are free of parts and labour charges. You will also get access to 24-hour internet call logging.
Professional Services
Our Professional Services team of consultants, engineers and project managers are here to support you. You can also sign up to our subscription-based Virtual Assist and In-Project Response services to get assistance when you need it most.
