Mitrefinch's transparent pricing policy and upgrade options make it easy for you to determine the lifetime cost of your system
When Mitrefinch prepare quotes for our customers, we work hard to ensure we provide a complete and transparent cost for the full project. We include the costs for software and hardware but also the extra services that help to get your project off to the best possible start. It's these extras that some of our competitors leave off, resulting in a bigger bill than expected by the time the system is completed.

We do our best to only quote you for what you really need based on our experience of similar projects- so if any of the consultancy or training time isn't needed, you won't be billed for it. You can also tailor the level of support to your needs and budget - right from day one.
Free Upgrades
All customers on a Mitrefinch support contract receive regular software upgrades free of charge. In most cases these can be downloaded from the support website and easily installed by you or your IT team.
For larger releases some customers may need our support to install and commission the new functionality. This is charged for on a per day basis giving a cost effective option to access the very latest software functionality.
However Mitrefinch do not oblige our customers to take upgrades or contract them to do so. We will contimue to support the system you purchased throughout its life until such point as the software or hardware becomes obsolete. At such time we will contact you to discuss attractive packages to upgrade your system.
Growing Your System
Mitrefinch calculate a cost for your system based on the number of employees you have. This means that in the future, if you start to grow, you can easily grow the size of your system to match. Simply contact us to purchase additional licenses as required.
All our employee management products are integrated and can build on each other to create a larger system. Should you wish to add functionality or perhaps replace an existing system, Mitrefinch can offer you cost effective options.
