Time and Attendance Best use of new Technology Application
Mitrefinch are seeking to re-gain their crown in the annual York Press Business Awards.
Mitrefinch have won Best Use of New Technology not just once but twice, in 2004 and 2005. Research and Development have been using a range of the latest development applications to enhance the appearance and functionality of Mitrefinch time and attendance and employee management products.
Our Time and Attendance system has got a new Resource Planner module which calculates the labour required based on data specific to the business. The planner highlights where an event or project is not resourced correctly and allows the user to allocate available staff with the relevant skills easily.
2008 has also seen Mitrefinch launch a new Recruitment module to complement the HR Manager product. The module streamlines the process of recruitment, storing and linking job descriptions, adverts, and CV's. It has a weighted evaluation system ensuring recruitment is a fair and robust process. Data collected during this process remains in the system when the candidate becomes an employee.
We hope these new developments will see Mitrefinch pick up the title again when the results are awarded at a ceremony at York Race Course in November.
