2008 - Best Meetings Yet!
Customers loved the new format of the 2008 User Group Meetings
This year we had a significant change in the format of the User Group meeitngs. Smaller numbers meant that we could add more value and make the meetings much more interactive, with fewer presentations.
The round table discussion groups allowed users to talk in small groups to departmental managers and key technical staff to give feedback on our products and services, and to address specific issues they experienced. It also gave them the opportunity to share information with other customers.
