Mitrefinch demonstrate their commitment to quality standards by gaining ISO 9001 certification.
Following a recent audit of Mitrefinch's management systems and procedures, we are pleased to inform you that Mitrefinch have been awarded ISO 9001 certification.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management systems. It applies to the processes that govern a business, and prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met. ISO 9001 demonstrates a commitment to quality, customers, and a willingness to work towards improving efficiency.
In order to comply, a rigorous audit was carried out by independent certification body ISOQAR. Regular subsequent audits will ensure that quality standards are maintained and remain an ongoing focus for the management team, facilitating continual improvement.
We hope that ISO 9001 will give us a competitive edge with both existing and prospective customers. It represents a formal assurance that we will continue to monitor our processes, and review our quality systems for effectiveness, taking corrective action where necessary.
