Mitrefinch have been audited by the Impress team from The Humber Bank Client Training Association, and have passed the audit with flying colours, scoring a massive 83%.

A collective of Client representatives from companies like BP work in partnership with Impress to develop methods for measuring systems-based competency performance of their Contractor partners.

Impress administers this scheme, which consists of a themed on-site audit, gathering key indicative competency systems data for the Client group. The audit team was able to find little fault with Mitrefinch's TMS Time and Attendance and Access Control system but did make a few recommendation for improvement. Mitrefinch welcome this feedback and are delighted to part of the ConCom scheme.

Humber Bank Contractor Competence Forum (ConCom) is a Contractor Competency group that has been setup on the Humber bank to pre-approve contractors based upon their H&S standards, training and other areas of competency.
