Vivalis uses the system on a daily basis to record anomalies and collate information, running weekly reports to effectively manage staff routines. A monthly report also allows HR managers to analyse the data and improve business management accordingly.
The main benefits of the Mitrefinch TMS system are that Vivalis can produce customised reports specific to company requirements. The organisation has between 30 and 40 rosters, each requiring individual attention and the Mitrefinch system allows the company to do this with ease.
