Harrington Generators International Limited has over 30 years’ experience providing high quality power equipment to the Defence, Telecoms, Rail, Hire and Construction markets.
Harrington Production Manager, James Grant recalls that, ‘last year, we made the decision to replace our paper-based time and attendance setup with a computerised system. We required an easy-to-use and efficient system which could help eliminate unplanned absences and allow managers to store employee information centrally. Above all, we wanted a time and attendance solution which would give supervisors greater control and confidence as they handled the workforce.’
