Dataplan Payroll Bureau is a leading payroll service provider which uses Flexipay payroll software.
We have used the Flexipay system for over 15 years now. In 2004 we printed over 200K payslips using the system for our 400 plus clients which all have different payroll requirements.

Flexipay has a built in checking system which you can add to and adjust at any time, the system will also warn you of any missing employee information such as national insurance numbers and addresses which will help you ensure that all your year end returns P14/P60 are submitted correctly using the systems online year end function.
It has two excellent and very easy to use SSP and SMP diaries which keep a track of any sickness and SMP payments made, the program also allows you to view the employees payslip at any given time at a touch of a button so you are able to check instantly what the employees are paid and view any changes you have made, this is excellent as you are able to see if your payroll is correct before running off any reports.
Flexipay supports all types of Council Tax and Child Support deduction orders, Tax credits and Student loans all of which has helped Dataplan keep the administration burden to a minimum.
The software is under constant review and updated on an ongoing basis with regular updates. Mitrefinch also has excellent and friendly customer care and support helpdesk for any problems should they occur.
