Careers Wales appreciate flexibility of Mitrefinch system.
Early in 2010, ‘Careers Wales Cardiff and Vale Ltd.’ decided to replace their obsolete HR system. David Spray, HR Manager at Careers Wales explains: ‘We really needed an application which could handle absence management and complex reporting, along with the standard HR options. The Mitrefinch implementer was a great help and was able to integrate some of the functionality from the Mitrefinch Time Management System (TMS) into HR Manager, in order to meet our needs.’
‘The system has now been installed across five offices at our HQ in Cardiff. We anticipate that HR Manager will free up our HR team from lots of time-consuming administration, as they’ll be able to devolve employee management tasks to line managers. We particularly appreciate the fact that the HR Manager system has been customised in order to give greater responsibility to our managers and make it easier for them to use. Overall, we are very happy with the system and the training has been good – we look forward to the system being fully rolled out.’
