ADM Pura Foods Limited appreciates flexible Mitrefinch solution.
ADM Pura Foods Limited is a leading supplier and distributor of oils and fats to the UK food industry. In 2007, the company decided to invest in a new access control and time and attendance system. 
For ADM, a safe workplace has always been the main priority. For this reason, Electrical Manager, Darran Moore was attracted to the Mitrefinch Access Control System. He was impressed by the flexibility of the Mitrefinch solution and the site really needed an up-to-date system in place.
ADM Pura Foods Limited decided to implement the system in two stages: Time and Attendance first and then Access Control. Throughout this process, Mr. Moore thought the training and support received from Mitrefinch was very good. There were no qualms at all and all of the departmental managers were using the system immediately. The Mitrefinch system allows the managers at ADM to adjust the future work planner and shifts, plan the shifts around the employees being on site as well as monitoring lateness, absenteeism and sickness statistics. The inbuilt report writer has proved most useful and, as compared with the paper based system used before onsite, the Mitrefinch system reduces human errors.
In conclusion, Darran Moore has found the software very user friendly and is impressed with its flexibility: it can be configured to his requirements.
Overall, Mitrefinch Limited has provided ADM Pura Foods Limited with a fully satisfactory and flexible solution, which has allayed security fears and saved time across the board.
